Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve spent over a decade learning how to do this safely and responsibly.
As trained extreme sports athletes, we’ve tested, studied, and refined every part of this experience. We use top-of-the-line equipment, full-body harnesses, and professional rigging systems; inspected daily and maintained to the highest standards.
Safety isn’t just a checklist for us, it’s the foundation of every jump.
You bring the courage. We’ve got the rest dialed in.

Dress like you’re about to do something legendary!
After your shuttle ride, there’s a short hike down to the launch point. Sturdy hiking shoes are a must. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes that let you move, breathe, and send it without second-guessing.
This isn’t the time for flip-flops or fashion shows. It’s the time for confidence, grip, and gear that’s ready to back you up.

You’re heading into the desert…
Expect to be out for a few hours, so come prepared to stay sharp, stay safe, and stay stoked.
Bring:
- Sunscreen
- At least a couple of liters of WATER per person (you can leave extra in the car for after the hike out)
- Snacks (be epic not hangry)
- Backpack
- Hat & Sunglasses
This is a full desert experience. Pack smart, swing hard.
-
For safety and to keep the swing soaring at its best, our weight limit is 250 pounds.
It’s not personal, it’s physics.
If you have questions or are close to the limit, reach out before booking and we’ll talk through it.
-
If you can fit safely in the harness and have the courage to jump on your own…you’re in!
We’ve had fearless kids as young as 4 or 5 years old send it.
This is for the bold, no matter your age. Parents or guardians will need to sign a waiver for minors, of course.
-
We know life happens, and we’re here to work with you.
Here’s how we roll:
Because demand is high and seats are limited, we ask that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund (minus a $20 booking fee per guest to cover processing costs).
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled jump, or no-shows are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel due to weather or safety reasons, we’ll give you a full refund no worries!
Thanks for respecting the policies that help keep this ride smooth for everyone.

We meet just south of Moab, in the scenic area known as Behind The Rocks. Once you book, you’ll receive a clickable Google or Apple Maps link with exact directions.
Be sure to load your map ahead of time. Cell service can be spotty out here in the desert.
Plan for a 30–40 minute drive from Downtown Moab, and give yourself a little extra time so you don’t miss the adventure. We run on mountain time, but we still start on time.

Standing on the edge is no small thing.
Our guides will support and encourage you, and you’ll get up to three chances to take the leap. We want you to succeed, but we also have a schedule to keep for others waiting to jump.
If you decide not to go after those attempts, or if time runs out, we’ll have to move on. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
Just bring your courage! We’ll be right there with you.
